Do you accept other items that are not listed on your "Items we accept" page?
Absolutely! You may still proceed with appraisal under "The Others" category, or by contacting our friendly team directly.

What is the maximum value I can pawn my goods for?
There is no limit at all! We proudly accept ANY value of pawn amount for your convenience.

How quickly can I receive my loan money?
This all depends on how long the appraisal process takes. As soon as this is completed, your loan money will be transferred as soon as humanly possible. This typically takes about 2 hours from the time we receive your parcel.

Is there any other mode of payment besides paying online?
Unfortunately not. At this time, we are only able to accept fund transfers via the Internet.

How does the payment system for redemption and renewals work?
You only need to make a payment upon the renewal or redemption of an item. The total amount of interest will be accumulated according to the duration of the loan.
6.
How many times can I renew my pawn ticket?
As much as you like! There are no limitations on renewal. You can easily renew your ticket as many times as you wish – every 6 or 12 months.
7.
What if I do not intend to redeem back my item?
If your item is overdue and you fail to redeem it, it will be automatically sent for auction and you will by default lose all rights of ownership of the item after it has been auctioned.

What if I need more time to pay my overdue loan?
We care about your problems, and will always take the time to listen and craft a tailored solution for you by offering an extension if possible.

How secure is my personal information stored by Speedpawn?
Very! Speedpawn is proudly registered with the Malaysia Data Protection Act, 2010. Any information that we accept from you will remain exclusively with us. We will NEVER offer your sensitive information to a third party.

Will my personal record with speedpawn link to other financial agencies, such as a bank that will affect my credit ratings in future?
Never! Your information is strictly safe with us, and we are not affiliated with other agencies in any way. Your data is for pawning purposes only!
